Several of the applications in popular use in schools fail these accessibility tests (such as Kahoot! and Hegarty Maths). One very concrete recommendation was Wooclap, which Jenny used extensively during her presentation to great effect. Sarah Plumb had a guest spot during Jenny's presentation to talk about “Learning Circles”. I had a long chat with Jenny afterwards to find out what she thought of some of the software I routinely use, not least because I was surprised that offerings like Dr Frost and Times Tables Rockstars had not been mentioned. Inevitably the conversation turned to ChatGPT and the enormous educational challenges this is presenting educators with when it comes to assessing assignments.
